Kobe has power and he flexed his muscles. He is challanging the organization to mold themselves to his interests. They have a choice to make. Some say Kobe is a bit better defensively, and I can agree, so that definitely makes him comparable. Jordan though has 6 NBA titles and MVPs. Kobe just half of the first. The difference is that Jordan knew how to sneak up on a team and beat them with his own game MUCH more often than Kobe. Jordan was very PATIENT. But both fools with the ball are as good and scary as it gets, drawing no less than double-teams in every play. Jordan more swift and air. Kobe more muscle and contact. Same score. Keep in mind, Jordan has always claimed he was never the best. He believes he can't be since he never got a chance to consistently play in serious competition against the Magic's and Bird's.
