NOw im a laker fan. But i have a gut feeling that garnett mite opt out of his contract, maybe not rite now. But if he does i doubt it that he will come to LA becomes the lakers arent the only team thats going to offer a deal. PHX,MIAMI,BOSTIN r examples. KG wants to be on a team thats Chapionship pointed.LAkers r one.

What are Minnie’s chances of even making the playoffs next year? With the improved west? Slim and none. KG needs a friend to slap him around a little and talk some sense into this guy. The Twolves will never win the title in KG’s lifetime and probally will never make the playoffs in the foreseeable future.

Minniesota = Cold, losing
LA = Warmth, Celebrities, Fun, Convertibles, bikini Clad girls, Winning, and NBA Titles

This loyalty thing with KG is misplaced. KG needs to be a little more loyal to himself. The Twolves need to be more appreciative to KG for all the good years he’s given them and do the right thing. They can read his mind, he doesn’t need to ask for a trade. Send him to a contender. Send him home to the Lakers.

I think that KG won’t come to LA because he is too loyal to the fans of minny.. don’t get me wrong about the whole PHX thing but The Suns are bigger playoff conternders than The lakers and I think KG will look at it that way…

either a team with KG and KOBE or a team without. that is my pick. there is no point to have it any other ways, because any other ways would only put the lakers second at best. if we can’t get KG ever, now or later, then just let kobe goes wherever he thinks he can win. and bring back vanexel, eddiejones, sedalethreatt. they were nobodies, but they made the lakers a contender year after year and fun to watched, they kept showtime alive after ‘the lakers dynasty’ came crashing down.

That’s pretty damn realistic if you ask me. KG has made hundreds of millions of dollars up to this point. Besides, there isn’t many teams out there that could actually contend and Still give him max money? If he doesn’t get traded to the Suns next year I have no doubt KG comes home to play with the Lakers. Especially if we manage to get JO and Artest. He’d be stupid not to.

Since kobe and us fans want something done this summer, i doubt we have enough pieces to pursue for KG as we approach the trade deadline… unless we all can bear it and wait till then… i think wolves would likely make the trade instead of letting KG opting out…

what makes you think that PHX is gonna win a title if they havent even won one in franchise history!
they have been contenders over the past year but havent even made it to the confernce finals.And with young talent in Golden State,Seattle, and Portland what makes you think its going to be any eaiser if he goes to PHX?
LA is the place to play with the best player in the world in Kobe Bryant!
