I hope Kobe craps his pants and realizes he's going to go to a team with no championship potential. THINK about it Kobe, you are in the weaker east, but if chicago ever even makes it, you still have to deal with the Spurs, Suns, or Mavs. Running away from the west will not get rid of this! No way Chicago can take out duncan & company with ben NO OFFENSE wallace! The Lakers can possibly sign arenas with the money coming off the books, there is more opportunity here.

If this happens, i propose a toast in hopes kobe never makes the playoffs again.
The fact that a team is away in the east is a huge advantage. Instead of running into the likes of houston, denver, dallas, suns, and spurs, probably having six game series with each team, that team is going to be beat up in the finals going through that. A likely scenario for the spurs would be, denver first, dallas second, and suns third, thats tough. Instead in the east youll sweep practically every team you play, maybe a six game in the conference finals, but the ride is easy and thats a huge advantage. A core of Hinrich, Kobe, Wallace, and Deng, that can get it done, theyll have enough offensive production and very athletic and quick on defense, that can win a title, given they dont completely destroy their depth.
OK, SORRY but there is no way the bulls keep hinrich and deng. NO WAY. Also, of course its easier, thats why he wants to run away from the west instead of taking it on like a man!
