He rules when it matters

Great read from the Denver Post, I suggest you read this.

Denver Post: On a night when Allen Iverson produced 51 points, making knees buckle and jaws drop, he had the answer for everything except Kobe Bryant.

A.I. scored a ton. But Bryant won.

Anybody could see the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Nuggets 111-107 Wednesday night.

But what was revealed is that not all Hall of Fame players are created equal.

There is great, which Iverson will be, forever and always.

And there is transcendent, which makes Bryant a basketball god on the order of Magic, Oscar and Wilt.

TRADE LO AND CRITT FOR J.KIDD

  2. 2 dj matt20

i disagree with trading LO and Critt for J. Kidd that would be horrible trade. i think this is the reason why Kobe is the best player in the game. he produces when it matters.

    Kobe is the man.

And people want to trade him. This guy is gold. Just bring good players and we are a contender again.

90% percent of the league’s coaches cant be wrong.Who do they want to make the last shot with the game on the line none other than the best Kobe Bryant. For a while it seemed that the Lakers were going to loose it but leave it to Kobe to come through when it counts the most.AI eat you’re heart out…

I bet there are some people in Denver that hate this guy right now for speaking the the truth. Good article. Lakers did a great job, especially Trev and Kobe’s D on AI late in the game last night.

187 ON Boston; dud what did up smoke.

Yeah… its not about AI and Kobe, its about the Nuggets and Lakers. The Lakers, yes the team, did well. There have been numerous occasions where kobe puts up 50+ and the Lakers lose, so making a big scene because AI loses one game where he scored 51 isn’t a very smart thing to do. Kobe did his thing, came out strong before the shoulder thing, and even then continued to play hard. Bynum made a difference defensively inside with big blocks (momentum is crazy people) on JR Smith and Carmelo I believe. The only thing I don’t like is how it was a close game til almost the very end, the Lakers had a pretty good lead at the half, I think we should have ended the game with around a 10 point lead, but yes good job Lakers, good job Kobe, keep this going.

Are you a gangster? 187 on boston? LOL. That’s the worst trade ever.. WE NEED A BIG PLAYER. Get that through your head. We don’t need a 35 year old who is one injury away from the end of his career.

KOBE DOES NOT WANT TO BE TRADED.He just wants the FO to do it’s job and bring in quality players to contend for some championships,PERIOD.AGAIN,KOBE DOES NOT WANT TO LEAVE.I CAN’T STAND RIC BUCHER(Kobe STILL A LAKER,YOU SUCKAAAAAAAAAS).

Well I wouldn’t trade him either, but the official last word is that kobe wants to be traded and he has not rescinded that. Also, Bucher is kobe’s good friend…remember the hood hug kobe gave bucher after the phx sun game.

  17. 17 DCLAKER

Ric Bucher doesn’t have friends,he has associates or sources.Until I see Kobe and Ric eating Thanksgiving turkey together or opening Christmas presents,HELL,even chasing the Easter Bunny around the white House lawn I can’t call them ‘Bossom Buddies’,NO WAY.It would be real funny if Ric was interviewing Kobe and Kobe from out nowhere just CLOTHESLINED Ric and look at him and said,LAKERS 4 LIFE,B!@#&H,then throws up the L-SIGN with his hand and then kicked him.SORRY,I kinda got outta control but FUNNY.

  18. 18 ab4sure

You obviously missed Kobe hugging Bucher on National TV. Or perhaps you just refuse to believe that Kobe could hug him in front of your own eyes. Believe me kobe worshippers were really upset about it on the shoutbox.

I too have yet to here Kobe rescind his trade demand. Kobe needs to say that he rescinds his trade demand.
