Well that wasn't much of challenge to the Lakers because Mini is already one of the not so great teams this season. We still have yet to see how we stand up to Phoenix which is gonna be coming up soon. Also Spurs so we have to wait and see how well we go up against them hopefully we will get Bynum back soon and how good we really are.

Can you say “CHAMPIONSHIP?”

Can somebody on the staff get that video on the front of the site, its getting old.

Also, the key play of the game was Kobe’s three with Telfair hitting his shooting arm (right arm) and converting for the 4 point play to end the 3rd quarter. After that all starters except Lamar missed the fourth quarter and LO came out after he got his triple double.

This is a great site by the way, and there are some true Laker Fans up in this b!tch.

“CHAMPIONSHIP”

QUESTION????????????????????????????????????????????????

With all the talk about if the Lakers can get out of the Western Conference to the finals that has been going on, I have started to wonder about how people think they will fair in the Finals, playing either against Detroit or Boston (it's gonna be one of those two most likely). I think the Lakers have what it takes to beat the Pistons just from what we have seen in the two games the Lakers have played against them. Granted, season games aren't the best diagnostic for playoff games (especially against the pistons), but I still think that if we almost beat them without bynum or gasol, and beat them with Bynum, then we can probably beat them both bynum gasol. However, I can't really judge how we would fair against the Celtics. On one hand we didn't have Gasol and on another hand we just didn't play well (even though they play good defense I thought just our lack of shooting ability those nights was to blame moreso than their defense). In the finals, how much will depth really account for. Many say Boston doesn't have the depth to get through the playoffs, but do they really even need it with the type of teams that play in the East??? I mean I can't really see anyone knocking off the Celtics besides the Pistons (I know Cavs have won twice against them but I really think these were flukes and the Cavs couldn't hold their own in the playoffs against Boston). So how would the Lakers matchup against Boston or Detroit
