I completely disagree and for the exact same reason why he thinks it shouldn't be that way. The decision should not be the kid's. The decision should be made by an adult, and before you go to at least 2 years of college imo you are not able to make a good choice. These kids see fame and fortune but do not make the choice that is best for them.

Also, look at the guys who have turned out good who did come straight from high school. Kobe, Lebron, Dwight are all great, but all have major flaws. All are very flashy over fundamental. All of them are pretty lazy. Dwight has never been able to add a nice offensive game, which he could have learned in college. Kobe sat on the bench for the beginning of his career, time he could have spent learning more and how to involve his teammates instead of taking 10 years to learn it in the NBA.

They should raise the age becuz the college teams suck and the people coming out of college so by raising the age they wild increase the talent of the NCAA and by that it wild be more enjoying to watch just like this year college basketball has gotten better and more interesting to watch and by going to college they would be more seasoned for the NBA and would raise the talent level in most cases of the NBA Draft too

Two years in college would do the NBA players a service. Not only would it refine their game because basketball fundamentals are sorely lacking in the NBA, but most young players are just too immature. Case in point, Al Thornton stayed all four years and he seems to have a head start on many players drafted ahead of him. Of course there are exceptions, but even in so called exceptions the advantages outweigh the early entry. Even Kobe would have come into the league much more mature having played under Coach K. It benefited the lakers because they would not have gotten Kobe. MJ learned alot by playing under Dean Smith.

iM not.
Im with Kobe. If you wanna go straight to the NBA then go.

The greatest talents can come straight from highschool.

Other from your Kobes and your LebroNs

you got talent such as bynum and howard.

So High SchooL Players can be very talented. Don't change.

I'm mixed. One year in college is enough imo. If they feel they are ready after one year of discipline... so be it.

Personally, I'm all for an age limit. I'd like to see some of these guys stay in college for a couple years rather than just being one and done.

They'll be more polished when entering the league also.
