Mitch: Pau has a chance to be a HOF player

This is pretty awesome coming from Mitch… and I agree with him. Kobe and Odom spread the court for Pau and visa versa…

DenverPost: “I think he probably is what he is statistically,” Kupchak said. “We’re very happy if he can be just what he is for the next seven to eight years. If he is an 18-20 point a game guy, and eight-10 rebounds per game for the next seven to eight years with his basketball IQ, he could be in the Hall of Fame.”

Yes Sir! Gasol is that good! I remember him owning Kwame (who isn’t a bad defender) but now the shoe is on the other foot. He is magnificent. The only problem is he doesn’t respond to physical play like A-Bomb can. But he owns Camby, Dwight, Dirk, etc.

If he ups his defense he can be more like a Duncan, which of course is already a locked in the HOF

Of course he has a chance, look at the guy. If Dirk has a chance, so does Pau. He is one of the most versatile seven foot players to ever play this game.
