When Family becomes the Enemy

George Karl took his son out to dinner. Though, he could not look at his son the same way…

George said, “I’m having dinner with him, and I don’t see my son, I just see a Laker… he kept trash talking to me. So I picked up the tab and left.”

    trade him for Najera

  6. LA_dreamz says:

nope!if ever we’ll have to engage a trade in denver in exchange for coby carl it’s better if we’ll get KLEIZA rather than getting NAJERA.better if we’ll trade coby carl for a point guard prospect for the future when fisher retires 2-3 years from now.

  7. ricky says:

albeit coby karl doesnt really play much at all, it must be difficult for himself and his father (denver coach george karl) to have to face each other on opposing teams in such an intense environment as the playoffs.

i think that the lakers should just let coby karl get some minutes against denver just so he can beat his daddy’s team.

i think a new nba rule should be that all players who have a father as coach should play for them on their teams. in such a case, coby karl should be traded to denver and mike dunleavy jr should be traded to the clippers. that would be weird but cool just because you play for your dad’s team.

    anyways, go lakers!!

  8. at least the “Laker” got his food for free!! Nuggets are paying for meals now too, sweet!!
