Kobe interview from AM570 (Joe McDonald) this morning
Kobe joined Joel McDonnell’s show recently. He asked Kobe what he’d do if the STAPLES Center crowd was cheering for the opponent like other teams fans have for him. Kobe responded: I’d drop 80 on ‘em’.

It’s surprising to hear about the Lakers support. It really DOES surprise even me – to see all the road support. Is it just me, or does anybody else want a Celtics/Lakers post-season matchup.
The past Lakers did not have KOBE nor young good looking guys like these days……….
Basketball wasn’t as popular either.

Same here! I’d love to see that kind of a match-up, but I just hope that if we meet them we’ll win all of our games at home and win one game at theirs. That’s the only way I see us winning against them in a series, and I think they’ll be able to pull it off (think is not the same as “sure” or “positive”, by think I mean I think we might, but not exactly).
