Gold T-Shirts Are Being Passed Out Wednesday
A few years ago, way back when, the Lakers handed out gold shirts. This was the G7 of the WCF’s in 2000. It was known as the Lion’s Den. Well it looks like they will once again hand out gold shirts tomorrow night…
L.A. Times: “I think we will be giving out gold T-shirts to the fans for Wednesday’s game,” said Tim Harris, the Lakers’ senior vice president of business operations and chief marketing officer.
I guess Harris puts more stock in those rebounding numbers than I do.
THE PLAN Wednesday, after the NBA finally makes it official, is to give every fan attending the game a gold T-shirt to honor Bryant. The final wording on the T-shirt has yet to be determined, but Harris said one consideration is, “Kobe is my MVP.”

lakersnation find some way to sell these to fans who cant be at the game.
finally everyone in the staples center are gonna do a shirt thingy! u see all these teams and there fans supporting them by wearing there teams colored shirts. its about time!

you can buy these shirts on nba.com for $20. Team LA Store online also has a lot of new Kobe MVP merchandise.
Guys you were lucky to have one of those shirts. Hope the fans outside America can have one too. I live in Hongkong, and the only way we can get one is to buy on the internet and it takes 2 to 3 weeks. here in NIKE shops, they only have shoes, shirt ( I LOVE KOBE ) which i owned 2.

THIS IS LIKE LAST YEAR WHEN THEY GAVE OUT SHIRTS IN GAME 3 OF THE 1ST ROUND AGAINST THE SUNS. MINIS THE ELIMINATION, THOSE WERE GOOD TIMES.
