TNT’s ratings up 25% for WCF’s

We all know this but… Kobe = ratings x 25%.

RealGM: This year the Western Conference Finals averaged a viewing audience of 4.2% of U.S. households, according to USA Today.

That number was up 25% from the six-game battle they broadcast last season.

Overall, the network’s 2008 NBA playoff coverage enjoyed a 14% increase from 2007.

4.2 % is not that great. that only means that for every 23 households, 1 house was watching the lakers beat up the spurs. yet, that number is 25% up from last year’s numbers??? wow, ratings were terrible for the NBA indeed.
