Bynum is a 20 year old center that could quite possibly be the future franchise player. You would risk his career for just one season (this season)?
Bynum could quite possibly be the Laker starting center for his career (i.e 10 to 12 years at keast) and you would be willing to risk that for just one season???? Are you high?
We shouldn’t judge things we don’t know. How serious was it? could he play? Plus, Bynum hasn’t given us reasons in the past to doubt he wouldn’t suck it up. Give the kid the benefit of the doubt.
So what? You rather he came back for the Playoffs to possibly re-aggravate his knee injury and spend the Post-Kobe era as a lottery team or at least have something to fall back on after Kobe retires.

In the finals, they ALL get F’s, including the MVP. Just being an honest, but none of the Lakers had a good championship series.
