OC Register: Kupchak also questioned whether center Andrew Bynum has been cleared by his doctor to begin training. Last week, Bynum’s agent, David Lee, said his client had been given medical clearance by Dr. David Altchek and would start training in two weeks.
“I’m not saying what he (Lee) said isn’t true,” Kupchak said, “I’m saying he has not been cleared.”

If you had half a brain you would know that an orthopedic pertains to the musculoskeletal system and not the teeth.
Secondly I can’t tell you the name of the doctor because patient information is confidential. He wasn’t supposed to tell anyone and if it gets back to him he will be F*cked.
