CBS: Kobe Bryant is often the NBA’s best offensive player, sometimes its best defensive player and always its most feared. Bryant’s ability to make big shots is obvious. But he can shut down the opposing team’s shooting guard, help out on the boards and always draws a double-team on offense. In reality, the shooting guard list begins at No. 2.

as for #2) T-Mac, he can be almost half as good as kobe when hes healthy

Kobe = 3rd greatest alltime behind MJ and Magic, but at the end of his career…who knows
I don’t Tmac deserves to up there upon the elite guards.
His inability to lead his team past the first round WITH Yao and a good supporting cast shows that.
He’s a great offensive talent though.

Kobe a top guard? are you sure? im sure theres a misprint…here on easter island off the coast of chile we have a world class player…he used to play for the lakers and then he got bored…but the stuff he can do…none of the other 5 old folks who live on the island can do.
im sure its a misprint…in the easter island times and easter island post it says smush parker best PG,SG,SF,PF& C…my gran retired when she turned 80 and could not play PG but this dude plays all 5 positions and his opponents are the huge easter island carvings….not seen the playoffs yet but should be out of this world.
