the fact is that LBJ will become one of the greats, MJ will always be the best (because ppl will not let go of there fantasy..not because he really is)

LeBron as of now is still a highlight reel. He has proven nothing other than being a well-known celebrity.
His jumper is still inconsistent and he drives to the rim fearlessly because the refs are there to bail him out.

Kobe, on the other hand, has not lost his step. He’s got better teammates so there is no point for him to score 35 each game anymore.

In addition, we can never say Lebron is the future. Since he has a high tendency to drive and bulldoze to the net, there is a greater risk of injury. Anyone remember Grant Hill, Penny , T-Mac, VC? They were supposed to be the “next Jordan”, now what? lol

and the argument about the past vs. the future…MJ played 1 on defense for the most part- and a good “DEFENDER” back then would be eaten alive in todays game….my little 12yr old brother asked me if MJ ever had a defender as good as “Battie” on him that blocks the eyes of a shooter…..i thought about it for a while-no-not really….
