I’m in tears guys, this is amazing!!! This feels like 2000 again when we won after our last title drought. I don’t know about you guys but being a Laker fan is one the greatest things in the world!!!! I was three when Lakers won their last showtime title and I remember watching Jordan beat us in 91 and hating him forever for that.
My father passed on a Laker tradition to me and I can’t wait to pass this down to my children. To all the Laker fans around the world, we have reason to celebrate!!!! Looks like Obama picked the best team again.

After watching every game, reading every article, counting every stat and checking this site 10 times a day for the last 2 1/2 years, I feel almost as exhausted as Kobe. So much was lifted off our shoulders tonight. Just because we don’t physically play on the team, doesn’t mean we aren’t a part of it. I’m going to start a tradition of buying a simple gold ring with the championship year on it for myself every time we win the title. So by June 2011 I should have three!
