Video: Kobe Bryant on ‘The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien’
Yahoo! Sports: Finals MVP Kobe Bryant hit “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” on Wednesday to talk about taking his Lakers to their first NBA championship this decade without Robert Horry(notes), err, Shaquille O’Neal As FirstCuts notes, nothing really earth shattering, except perhaps Conan’s assumption that Kobe sits around eating ice cream while he watches “SpongeBob SquarePants.” Conan, Conan, Conan … Kobe doesn’t eat ice cream, he forces it into submission.
And after the commercial break/jump, Kobe talks about how Phil Jackson tries to get the Lakers to meditate — “Adam, you’re a frog on a Lily pad— stop smoking for crying out loud!”
Also, Conan pleads with Kobe to help him score better Staples Center seats. You’ll see why.
