Ron Artest is truly crazy — and I LOVE IT! Check out this little story…
CBS: Kobe said that after the Lakers lost game six of the ‘08 NBA Finals in Boston by 39 points, he was alone in the shower, just fuming. He heard somebody walk in and assumed it was one of his teammates, or maybe a staff member. Instead, he looked up, and it was Ron Artest (to this day, Kobe has no idea how Artest got into the locker room).
“I want to come help you,” Artest said. “If I can, I’m going to find a way to come to LA and give you the help you need to win a title.”

This was a funny interview. Artest says he will now play with the Black Mamba and get a ring this year cuz the only ring he has now is a wedding ring. Dude even gives Ariza props.

Sasha actually had a decent 2008 finals. He scored like 20 points in game 3. He did give up that ridiculous layup to Ray Allen in game 4 though :/

Lakers can save roughly $1.5m (w/ lux tax), if they get rid of Sun. They have until Aug to make a decision on him. I thought they were going to cut Daco or Powell to save $$$, but those dudes are cheap.
Cupcake’s next assignment is to sign LO & Brown and if possibly get rid of some trash. Hopefully, they will convince LO to sign for $7-8m. Dude is looking for $10m, but no team is going to offer him that kind of $$$. Brown will probably get $2-3m
