Bryant “Probable” With Sore Foot

A minor Kobe injury update.

LakersBasketblog: A quick injury note: Lakers guard Kobe Bryant missed Monday’s practice with a sore left foot, but is listed as “probable” on L.A.’s injury report. Bryant is expected to start against the Clippers for L.A.’s 7:30 p.m. tipoff at STAPLES Center.

  1. Don’t scare me now! Is this the game where Artest steps up. This could be an alright thing. I say alright because I can’t say “good”…

  2. We’ll be fine – Kobe could have a majorly sprained foot and he’d still compete. Must be all that dancing… as Luke explained:

“Kobe was there, dancing the night away. You couldn’t get him off the dance floor. Spin moves and fancy footwork are not limited to the gym floor with Kobe. He was on fire that night!”

  3. Salty says:

The only thing stopping Kobe from missing out on ring night is if they nuke Staples.

  4. Marwan says:

Hey he isn’t going to miss it. Remember when Lakers played Nets and Kobe rolled his ankle running into a player. He came back out and lit everyone up and we win the game. By the way, we need him. Now that Blake Griffin is out, and Pau is out, we can’t afford to lose Kobe.

  5. Short Dog says:

I hope he’s better now. I can’t wait for tonight. I don’t think Kobe is going to miss the first game of the season.
Today is a statement game. Lakers are going to chin check the clippers.
