exactly what will happen. exactly.

though it is still scary that our bench can't handle things like this.

maybe artest should not start. and brown can start.

and artest can come in play defense strong and be the offense threat that he is used to.

your celtics started out strong last year, as well. we beat them and then they were just slightly above 500 for the next 3 or 4 months.

Screw the celdicks this is how they started last year too and look what happened to them by playing to hard in the beggining. The only thing we should maybe is the bench like why is it when farmar comes in he tries to hard to be like Steve Nash tries to make stupid passes and which lead to turnovers. I swear to god we need a better backup for Kobe he plays too many minutes along side fish. The bench needs to get their act together and help out a lil or else if guys r gonna play heavy minutes like last night then wats the point of the bench we should dealt try to get sum people who will do sumthing. I know we are only 4 games in but that bench has let everyone down so far. I think this season look for sum of these guys to get traded...

artest is getting no love, probably from reputation alone! but if he continues to play through despite the bad calls, hopefully the refs will come back around.

as far as kobe, i don't really remember kobe getting the calls that a "superstar" would be getting. lebrick gets them, wade gets them, but kobe always seem like that he needs to work a little harder at getting those calls.

i just think that it's shameful that kobe's been treated like that when he's the face of the league still. the NBA is in such a hurry to prop lebum up as the next poster boy that they're quickly pushing kobe out the door. i'm glad that kobe's shown them that he's still the man on the throne by defeating lecrap both times last season even with a badly dislocated digit on his SHOOTING hand, and by getting to the FINALS and winning!

it's not even the no calls against our guys, it's the fact that when the refs let all this crap go... more and more stupid physical plays will come in. like when someone when over the back on bynum last night after he got the rebound and there was a no call. that's extremely dangerous, especially, considering bynum's had injuries to both knees.

a no call is one thing, but they've really gotten reel in the dangerous and reckless fouls!

LOVE IT!!!

Laker fans are crying over everything already and Celtic fans are calling for an 82-0 season.

Guys, we are 3-1 and the Celtics are 5-0 and all of a sudden everybody thinks they have a clear picture of the Finals?

Breathe in.....breathe out.......feel better?

1-2-3 Ring!

Do people just assume that Ron Artest is going to have a good Defensive game? How can u say that RonRon had a good defensive game? Durant Scored 28 and he made a shitload of shots in Rons Face in the first half..

I think RonRon is losing his touch for defense, though I can tell he enjoys playing it.

Also he could have more points if he made his Freethrows..

Three things I notice which account for the "spotty" play so far:

First, no Pau: his high post play and ability to play in that 10'-15' range helps open up the lane.

Second, the team has definitely not come out with the same urgency as they did at the start of last season.

Third, the Bench has absolutely sucked thus far. Perhaps Pau coming back and Lamar/Bynum playing minutes with them will help steady their play. Right now our 6-10 look like a YMCA Old Guy League.

The Lakers cannot let the Celtics get home court.

nickp you are so right on with Kobe.I thought for sure he was going to shoot us right outta the game. I n the last 2 minutes of the game everyone just stands around and watches Kobe.I wish they would just run their offense like they do at the beginning tof the game.
