Stu Lantz with torn meniscus in his left knee, will have surgery on Mon.
Get well, Stu!
L.A. Times: Lakers television color commentator Stu Lantz suffered a torn meniscus in his left knee and will have surgery on Monday.
When asked how long he’ll be out after the surgery, Lantz responded: “I’ll be back Thursday. I’m old-school. I play hurt.”
Lantz laughed. He won’t miss any games.
He did Friday night’s game and will do Sunday’s game.
The Lakers don’t play again until Thursday, when they face the Phoenix Suns at Staples Center.
Lantz will have three days to recover before he’s due back at work.

Get well soon my man.
Wow, I wish Andrew Bynum had the same intensity as Stu! Yeah man! Stu never misses Laker games! hahaha
Stu has a lot of knowlege. He can easily be a coach. Everything he says during the game is so true.
Get well soon,
God Bless!
Hurry back Stu we miss you big time.
I think it would be nice to replace Stu, somebody who is young and has a pretty good voice like Mr. Myers.
I’m kind a tired of Stu’s comments….
I want something new like Mr. Meyer’s awesome voice…
Sorry, Mr.Lantz but i really think you should retire man, It’s so bad that i mute my tv set, so i won’t hear your comments…..
