The results were as follows…
1. Kobe Bryant, Los Angeles
2. Jason Kidd, Dallas
3. Steve Nash, Phoenix
4. Chris Paul, New Orleans
5. LeBron James, Cleveland
Also receiving votes were Carmelo Anthony, Deron Williams and Dwyane Wade.
