Ron Artest, Ben Wallace – PPV; what do you guys think?

I found this funny note at the bottom of a Bulls recap…

ESPN: Lakers Ron Artest said he does not anticipate any trouble with Ben Wallace when Los Angeles visits Detroit on Sunday, although he wouldn’t mind fighting him on pay-per-view. He even called Wallace “a good guy” who has a “great family,” and said if they did go at it, the bout would have to be sanctioned. “It’s something that’s kinda cool and probably will never happen,” Artest said. In a recent interview with the Sporting News, Artest said he’s still ready to fight Wallace, the player who shoved him on the play that preceded the brawl with Pistons fans when Artest was with Indiana.

As much as we’d like to think Artest is joking, I think he’s serious. I think he really would fight Wallace. lol

He said he would do it in the ring not on the streets or on the court and he wants to do it for fun not a “serious, I wanna kill you” type. He elaborated on his comment and said that he wants to do it because they are both good fighters and he wants to see who would win the fight, also making a comment saying that the ratings will be very, very high.
So Ron Ron just wants to do it for fun.
