Lakers Championship Tribute

Kobe's Circus Shot

TLN’s Postgame Report: Lakers @ Wizards

The Lakers rebounded from Sunday’s loss with an easy win Tuesday night in the Nation’s Capital.

The Lakers shot the ball very well, shooting over 58% from the field. The Lakers also took care of the ball with 23 assists to only 9 turnovers for the game. They were clean with only 13 fouls.

It really was just an easy game for the Lakers against a poor Wizards team.

Five Laker players hit double figures, including Kobe and Pau with 26 apiece. The Lakers defense tonight wasn’t particularly amazing but the offense made up for it.

Now, the bests of the day…

Top 3 Laker Performers -

1) Pau had 26 points and 10 boards on 10 of 15 shooting.

2) Kobe had 26 points and 8 assists. Very good game if you take away his six turnovers.

3) Lamar had 15 and 8 off the bench.

Lakers Smush of the Day (Note: STD denotes the Laker that played the poorest): Artest didn’t really hurt us, but he didn’t help us either much tonight.

Play of the Night: Brown’s fast break dunk.

What to Look for Next Game: The Lakers fly back to Indiana Wednesday night to face the Pacers. Should be an easy W.

Ron made some key defensive stops that forced near 24s violations. And I do believe this was Shannon’s first 30 minute game of the season. Kudos.
      Lakers, take down the Pacers!

i don’t know man. for me, std will always be sasha whenever he hits the floor. can’t we trade the mother f%$^er? he’s the major liability in every game.

imagine this: sasha for a decent shooter – even 6 pts a game. what a dream!

  10. thanhttrinh says:
